Career Opportunities

We hire for a variety of roles across departments. Some of the career paths at IPS-GULF include: - Finance & Accounting Specialists: (e.g., Accountants, Financial Analysts, Auditors) – working on client accounts or internal finance. - Tax Consultants and Compliance Experts: Helping with complex tax and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. - HR Consultants and Recruiters: Managing HR outsourcing projects or internal talent acquisition and development. - Customer Service Representatives & Team Leads: Running helpdesk and support operations for clients, with potential to grow into team leadership. - Software Developers, Engineers, and Architects: Building software solutions for us and our clients, implementing cloud infrastructures, etc. - Data Analysts and BI Specialists: Crunching numbers and generating insights for improvement both internally and for client deliverables. - Project Managers: Overseeing cross-functional projects, ensuring we meet scope, time, and quality targets. - Sales and Account Managers: Driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring clients are satisfied with our services. - IT Support and Security Professionals: Keeping our own IT running and secure, as well as contributing to IT management for clients.

The typical hiring process includes:

  1.  Application Review: We carefully review each application to shortlist candidates who meet the requirements.
  2. Initial Interview: Often a phone or video interview with HR to get to know you, discuss your background, and assess fit with our culture.
  3. Technical/Role-Specific Interview: This may involve a panel interview, a skills test, or case study depending on the role (for example, coding test for developers, scenario questions for customer service).
  4. Final Interview: Usually with a senior leader or the head of the department. This is where you can also ask in-depth questions about working at IPS-GULF.
  5. Offer: If all goes well, we will make a competitive offer and discuss the onboarding process.
